- Extensive training for speed and endurance, pushing the limits. Extensive communication to make sure workouts are optimized.

For select athletes only.

Only for those who are consistently at or near the top of the age group or overall standings in triathlon who want to push themselves to the absolute limit!

*Running Packages

"Running only" packages have been discontinued. Running as a regimen alone is not recommended as it is an unbalanced activity and needs to be complemented with either a personal training regimen or a triathlon regimen. You can definitely opt for the personal training or the triathlon packages for your running goals, like marathons and ultras; I will not train anyone in running unless they agree to a more balanced regimen. Only through balance will injury be minimized.

The "Six Million Dollar Man" Package

12 sessions (45 minutes) - $649

- Designed for primarily weight loss and increased mobility

- Designed to make you look good and feel good also. Develop self-confidence.

- Primarily aerobic and circuit training to raise heart rate and develop basic fitness.

- Agility, power, and resistance training will pick up as weight is lost

- Can easily switch over to the Six Million Dollar Man plan as fitness increases.
