- I don't just train, I teach. Over just a course of a year, you will know a lot about how to properly train for triathlon.

- My training comes from the best of both high-tech triathlon and low-tech ultrarunning worlds. Yeah, it's much different
  than your typical triathlon training

- I do work with heart rate monitors, but I can show you how to train without one by just listening to your body.

- By the time I'm done with you, you'll be seeking for the podium on your next triathlon!

The 4 Week Triathlon Plan - $120-$140

Half Marathon and Marathon Training


- Specializing in distances from half marathon to the marathon

- Combination of running, track speed sessions, power and core training will aim for a PR.

- Aim High...aim for the Boston Marathon Qualifying time and get into that venerable race!

- Heart rate monitors are accepted, but can train you to listen to your body instead.

- Work with beginners who want to finish a marathon for the first time.

- Work with veterans who want a new PR or qualify for the Boston Marathon.

- Yes, anyone can go the extra distance, up to 100 miles and beyond!
